hi friendz i have nokia 3310 it hangs some times it hangs when i power on the phone and lcd gone black i flash it but the result as it is,any solution it is hw problem or sw problem.

it was mcu prob., if you can remove and change the mcu i.c. it will work good. after you change the i.c. flash it again and unlock...

Yes, as jarniel said,
1-change the flash IC / rehot
2-erase flash completely,
3-flash mcu+ppm+ pmm rebuild imei unlock,

worked for me. good luck
