How to replace cobba on 3210!!


Need help! I overheated cobba ic on 3210 with hot air station. Now I got contact service! Do I need to replace the cobba? but how? it's glued around it...

get a new cobba ic from any nokia phone(3310-6210-3210)
resolder it then use eeprom tool to calculat FAID

i try to change the COBBA ic and then calculate the Faid using Eeprom Tools 3.01, but i don't get signal! And the msid is 000001101001 (something like that)

& calculat faid
