3310 LED OK but Fail to Power On - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Can anyone plz help me that I have two water damage 3310 and when power on than only LED on but not display and nothing other. Waiting for your kind reasponse.

try to clean PCB .... some what heat it... replace UI (logic IC) which controls LED....
and chk step by step
post results.
