please help iam a newbie i have 3310 but no ringer works on it i have changed ringer cleaned board for dirty contacts but same problem .

i need help

Just bridge copper wire from 5th leg of keypad interface ic to neg. point on ringer contact.

NOTE:count 5th leg from top right hand side of ic
