3310: phone wont stay ON

I have problem with 3310:
Phone was water damaged, so first i have clenaed it good.
Now, when i try to power it on, phone starts, shows black
screen, then screen goes white, and after exactlly 5 seconds turno OFF.

Nothing happens when i try to connect charger (sometimes - in 1 of 20 cases, it shows bat. indicator for a second, but no charging progress).

I have checked F200, L202, L201, R204, V202, R220, R221, R222 - all OK.

Is it CCONT, CHAPS, or sometihng else?

Cannot flash: preloader boot error.
EEPROM tools doesn't help, phone needs to be turned on for this!

Hey johny3310, It may be the CCOUNT (N201) or may be you can have a defective MAD2 (D300) and since you can't flash the phone, check for a short circuit under the SRAM (D302) or try to reball ccount-mad2 and sram

Flasher pins or OK, contacts are OK. FBUS & MBUS lines on PCB are also OK.

Oh, oh!
That's a very lame metod. I have more professional tools. I have cleaned the PCB with isopropanol in ultrasonic cleaner. And after that i have dried it very good with hot air (tmp min, air flow max).

And, i brushed whole boards very carefully and patiently.....

So, what i can do next?
