Member: 14792 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | look my friends.. there can not be the exact one solutions for these kind of problems..this problem is not only for 3310..it can be for all the mobile phones..But firstly the thing that you should do to be sure that software is fixed..Then for hardware, look if the pcb is clean or not.and then you are sure that rx is fine..look for tx fault...Before changing anything ALL SUPPLY VOLTAGES AND SYSTEM CLOCK / SLEEP CLOCK should be checked.Check the caps.and resistors around the uBGA chips and pa..mostly the faults are:rf pwr amp may be overloaded, pins of antenna switch should be checked because the base of this component is made by ceramic and can be broken easily. Then try phone with two band..(900-1800)and look if one of these are out of order the filters of these bands should be checked. And also you should follow the rf diagrams..dont forget this;firstly check the software before opening pcb..then be sure all the line and components are fine before changing or reballing uBGA chips..I know that this info is not enough but the summary is almost like this.thanks..... __jero__ Last edited by jero; 10-12-2002 at 21:28. |
