my nokia 3310 still charging when unplug charger
i cleaned PCB, i changed connector....
Please help, any solution

Try a reflow of your CHAPS or Charging IC.

Reflow also your CCONT. Make sure you use good flux friend. If still the same replace both. Better also give me history of your phone. Dropped or water damaged... etc

i know you unplug and after unplug from phone ,phone show reconnect [battery signal run non stop and phone show charging all time after unplug RIGHT?]
Why are you not try change ic 4370621 [n100 = charging control ic]? change only [not rehot ]

This workt for me on several phones.

try wire from R200 pin
near CHAPS to R204 pin near CHAPS.

I guess some of the part is missing (while you reflow), so perhaps take a good pcb and check with your (reconnect charger pcb) and see the difference, what is the thing missing.
I do have this kind of prob and some times i solved this thru changing the Yellow Capacitor in the center part where the MAD located on bottom of the capacitor.(but this is not 100% working)
So Good Luck
