3310 when power off can`t be powered on until battery is removed - GSM-Forum

Hi
Phone working OK but when powered off it can`t be powered on until battery is removed.
When inserting battery I get "klick" sound.
CCont alredy changed.

Check if your ON-OFF switch is ok.
Could be stuck.
Had same prob once, had to change the switch

I try that.Basicly I remove Switch and solder two wires.
problem is still presented.
What else could be wrong.

I alredy change CCont,but problem stay.
After that I change charging IC (thanks to levetmar) and now OK.
but I don`t understand why charging IC ???

i think there is short circut in chaps
so u have first check the consumption of power

Hi

Well friends it seems that you don`t understand what I whant to say.
I resolve my problem.Now everything is OK.
It was hardwer problem.
I was think that CCont was bad so I change it,but problem stay.
After that on sugestion of member levetmar I change charger IC.
After that phone is OK.
But what I don`t understand is why charger IC have anything with that problem.
