nokia 3410 dead i change ccont ic ....when i put ic on circuit it cant show any power and slightly short circuit....plz help

Changing the ccont is a carefull job plz remove the ic again and reball it replace with carefully system may become on.

You have not explain that why you changed the ccont. Changing the ccont is a carefull job plz remove the ic again and reball it replace with carefully system may become on.

the reason is ....sometime set power up sometime not....

try to reballs flash ic if not also the ram, before i have also same problem!!
