connect the charger and change the battery and chk the voltage
on battery contact {below 1v that is not battery damage}
chk and result

" bro hav u checked the short if there is no short then try another tahvo, there is no other option to overcome the problem provided the unit shouldnt be short "

i think it is tahvo ic version problem .......replace the tahvo ic with same version or with upper version ......

version is wriiten on ic... check it...
