3510 damaged by liquid

I have a Nokia 3510 that damaged by unknown green liquid. It started sometimes without LCD, or LCD worked badly, the LEDs were blinked strongly and it hadn't got network signal. I cleaned a PCB and it doesn't switch on. We've rehoted the ICs (flash, UEM, PA and other ICs) and washed it in an ultrawave washer. I can't flash it, because the flasher don't "see" it. Any ideas? (Sorry for my English)

Hiya

Check if there is connection between VBB (+ battery contact ) and R200... If not, solder a thin paint insulated copper wire and try again...
This is most common case in liquid damaged 3510...

There could be more faults, especially if You " rehot " all ICs on board...

In future, try to avoid reheating all components...It is better to try to locate fault... If You have to rework BGA ICs, take it off, make new balls and solder it back...Just rehot won't give any result in most cases...
