3510i Key PAd Problem

it was blinking then power off.. so I flashed it and after that it powers on and work except that keypad has some keys working and other like ( 4 , 5 , * , # , 0 , 7 , 8 , 9 , and yes and no and arrows ) were not working and by
measuring i discovered that there is links that are not exisiting at alla as connecting ground of column or rows together and i discoverd another thing
that when i press yes + up arrow = cancel
and yes + downarrow = 0 and no + right arrow = 4 and so ....so lost keys can be get by comibinations of other not working keys !!!!!!!

any one can help....should i rebuild Key pad matrix as schematic says or is there any IC that is responsible for that????

or it Power IC??? or what.....

flash chip error
1- try to earse flash chip bounds then try to flash it with latest software ..
2- or back up the flash data and chnage it and re write the back up again

backup imie data from flash chip befor you chnage the flash chip if you change it without backup after you ll have imie ????????????????
so i use prodigy -uemtool-back up so its generate data 2 for flash chip in back up folder under file named by the serila number.rpl this for flash chip you can not make back up for the uem data 1 .

then you chnage the flash chip and re write the imie data by same tool
you ll have your original imie ..
