Please i need a help i was changing led then it power off

MAYBE TO MUCH HEAT TO VITAL COMPONENTS ... try measure with multimeter not to have short betwee + and - on the battery conetctor on the pcb ... then measure if you have 3.4v on the power switch with battery on ... i think that you used to much heat !

If U didnt use excessive heat over the UPP , U may have some short on one of the 4 LEDs , wich pulls out D320 ( the LEDs driver ) to fail , then it pulls the voltage of the phone to bellow the operational voltage .
Check LEDs shortening , then U may need to raise D320 and power ON the phone ( no lights , only LCD ).

No shorting on the leds I relese the d320 but no power or any thing on the lcd

when i try to see it by twister it gives me this messege
1st Boot Err: Bad Resp UPP, FF FF 9F 72
1st Boot Ok
1st Boot Err:
Rebooting Mobile

Please i need help

This message from twister means many things , but I suggest that U may destroys UPP ( excessive heat or dryjoined soldering ) .
