3650/60 New 4Blinks Solution

Hi m8's!

I recently just tried this solution for Nokia 3650/60 4 Blinks problem. I am using twister dongle. And just maybe, the supply is not enough for the phone to go in local mode when the status is 4 blinks w/o flashing it. But when i revised the cable and used a 9v batt, the local mode displayed even i didn't flash the phone.

I just did it like this:

1. Connect the cable to the 9v batt.
2. Connect it to the phone
3. Connect it to the dongle.
(at this point the "NOKIA" must be on the screen w/o the blinks, if not, just slightly press the power on button to let the "NOKIA" display.)
4. Format User Area, UI Default,..etc
5. Init Sim Locks

Just like that! I tried and tested it to 3650/60 whose problem is just SW!
I tried it maybe,.. more than 25 phones. Maybe it's not a 100% ok but, It'll be a lot of help!!

Pls post some response and reaction from experts in here!

*** SPEED!!

This problem sometime of course came from dropping amphere and voltage. it is usually when we use laptop, old computer with usb 1.1 and computer with low power(watt) power supply.

perhaps you can modify those old twister cables by connecting/inserting a 3.3k or 10k resistor between the BSI and the negative....so s to put the unit in test/local mode to do format user area...
