hi i have 3650 have problem phone start up failed contact retailer.....

i already solved this problem but this time its make me mad......

full earse MCU PPM then write pm with twister and griffin......

all UI setting ok

but format user area give me error

User Area Format Failed
00000000: 00 24 00 C0 05 04 01 C3 .$......

some time format user area ok but ....phone start up faild

it show only nokia logo and restart and again nokia logo and again .......etc

do format manually, switch off your phone first, then push *,3, and green button(yes) then switch on your phone, if still, up grade the with the latest firmware

dear erase flash with UFS Box
then flash ur phone with v 4.13
then UI setting
formmat ur phone
write pm

it will be ok

if any problem u mast install new windows
may be miss some dll or change ur computer

i aready insatll this 4.13 version bt no result phone is rebooting now... only nokia logo and reboot

used eraser for griffin
then flash with UFS v 4.13
then formmat
then UI setting
& tell me what happend to u
what vertion u used UFS

have you tried flashing it with chinese version if you have done normal flashing? or better use hang up or blinking flash file for griffin. as for twister, if still it wont be ok, erase flase it then flash B.R.

now phoen is start and nokia apear and blink 4 or 5 times then switch off automatically any idea mates..

Hi Buddy,Your fone has hardware problem.Use your heat gun resolder the memory chips then flash or just do full factory reset.It will work 100%...

me too have same conditon set but it show nokia logo 5 times and then shutdown, and when i put in normal with when conected to twister. it show nokia blink and then at last linning on screen. local mod is ok test mod is ok but faild to enter normal mod i need help.

dont make hardware repair,its software problem...first erase flash,then write mcu ppm,,format user area,then write good pm.don't make full factory set..whem simlock active,then init simlock..use lower version.
