3650 dead...I try to flash the phone..flashing error...what is the problem..any body solution please....regards

first erase all flash and than write full flash again and post the results.

erase flash then write mcu&ppm ver. 3.16 write pm format user area init simlock then upgrade to ver 4.17

i have 3650 flash complete 100 percent , when click power button verticle lines blink on lcd just but not power on.
