can anyone give me the solution for 3650 memory full problem ... without flashing please

hi,

Perform a HARDRESET without flashing.
Do this-insert sim, turn it on, wait till it display to standbye mode. press *#7370# then enter security code(you must know the security code of the phone you want to reset) but usually security code default is (12345),Then wait for about 15mins.
