3650 nokia logo comes 4 times and off.............
As i used erase files as mcu and ppm and after that flash it but
not working .....
what will b the problem?????

flash with 3660 after flash unlock & format user area ...

As For Blinking Nokia On Lcd Of Symbian Nokia Mobile Phones, Just Do Format User Area With Your Flash Program: Ufs For Instance. After That Remove Cable From Phone And Do Manual Reset With *#7370# And The Security Code It Will Ask For Is 12345.

full erase then flash.....make it info. then format ui setting....

which software you use to flash?
try with jaf or ufsx verson v1.3h

try to full erase before flashing
