5030c auto restart and no network.. - GSM-Forum

i've got 5030c auto restart and no network problem set. i wrote good pm on that set and did reset factory... but facing same problem.. but sometimes network comming and that time i can make calls.. but most time its no network and auto restart... anyone know
how to solve this problem?????
