5110 / 6110 Appear "HEAD SET" - GSM-Forum

hi all..., i have 2 phones 5110, 6110. Both of the phones appear "HEAD SET" on LCD. and there was no sound in earpiece, i have clean the board, change the COBBA ic, flashed the phone but the problem still confused me??? anyone can solve this problem ???

resolder the cpu.....

Replace external conector or the transistor near the external connector.
