bro just remove betty ic and reball or change it,ur problem will be solve i make 100 or abobe phone repaird if u don't do this just change ur business.....;)

just flsh with new version
if not solved
change the avilma ic
tested by me many times

if rpl damaged then Nokia logo for long time also persist (APE damaged in smart phones)

near battery terminal,,,if u have mind

Replace flash chip
😊Then flash any version
Afther flash write rpl and pm file
