Friends I got 5130c with Restarting Problem

I Flash the Phone but Same..

Finally I heat this Area :

5130c.jpg

and Now Set become Dead..

I Tried to Flash but :

here is ur problem , this means combo memory became faulty or broken solder pads under ic , u should reball this ic.

the upper one is combo memory ic , it's easy to reball but need special skill & equipment
