6030b hang when make a call or open messages

Hi friends i have a problem in my 6030b it's hang when make a call or open messages i try to change software also and also change filter for 900mhz from 3100 set or change clock crystal and clock oscillator but noting will be happened same problem try to check with jaf self test here is the whole information check it and tell what can i do to solve this problem....?
