the same problem
100% is from mainboard in my case

any ideeas?

5200 keypad problem is mainly due to
1.flex cable...
2.keypad ic...
3.mainboard jeck..
first check with another flex if same problem then change keypad ic... after that change flex connecting jecks....

these solutions will work.... enjoy

90 % you have to change keypad ic.

My 5200 after change flex, keypad ic, ui board also same. all keypad no fuction. anyone face/solve this problem b4? please help!

may be side key short

check it

2 pcs side key already removed, still the same. all keypad no fuction

only power on/off button can be fuction

dear broter plz check kypd ic n flex n also checck side switches

1.TRY 2 CHANGE THE FLEXIBLE 1ST
2.CHECK THE KEYPAD IC,REPLACED/CHANGE
3.CHECK THE SOCKETCONNECTOR FLEXIBLE AT THE MAIN BOARD AND UPPER BOARD
4.CHECK THE CONNECTOR WAYS FROM MAIN BOARD AND ALSO CHECK THE CONNECTOR WAYS AT UPPER BOARD
