5210 contact service and IMEI 000000000000000


Hi,

I have a 5210 with this problem : Contact Service
I flash him with 3, 4 versions sw all ok flashing, but Contact Service problem not made
I try to change IMEI sw tell all ok but when read with sw IMEI same 000000000000000

Can some one help me?

find virgin eeprom and flash it again and write correct imei +update faid and unlock it should work 100%

or simply read full flash from a working phone and write this to your phone... change IMEI and update FAID...
thats all...it is software problem not hardware..

this sollution repair the phone for 5-6 days and then....dead

for me twice it was ccont and once flash

it is 90% harware.
check cobba.And remeber that if it is software error,May be related to EEP not flash(5110 eep is a seperated component,not a part of flash ic)

if you see COBBA ID as 00 00 00 00 then this is 101% hardware problem.... also if you get the problem repeated then mostly a some drysoldering only...

hi,

you don't need to replace the flash/ram of the hone while to phone is responding to flasher. all you need is clean full flash or clean eeprom.

first of all try to establish the CS message.
use Wintesla and run self test's and see what's fault.

after you now that we can advice...

if you are not doing the repair step by step and jump to guess you can do more damages to phone...

Change the IMEI whit NokTool by Rolis....

Worked for me....

I had Imei 65656565656 and was solved.....
