5230 On OK But USB not work + FBUS not detected ! - GSM-Forum

I try to change the USB IC as below

But still cant detect. I use FBUS cable to read the phone here also not read !! any solution !!

The phone is POWERING on and can use all function but i need to unlock it !! I need to read the LBF log !!

When i off mobile and PUT usb and POWER on, the phone is not detected IF i choose DEAD USB in s/w it POWER on directly !!

ok , try to remove d marked varistor (Z3300) then check . also post here d result.

No still same problem !!!

With FBUS even when i press CHECK :

Setting FlashMode
FlashMode set Ok
No answer from phone...

- > 1. Check cable/connection, try again

ok ,seems hardware issue . try to reflow or reball betty then check , please post result.

I reflow BUT still same PRoblem !!!
