5233 only vibrater and lower keyped llight show.no phone working no display light and display.no software accepted.water damage.anyone have any solution

hi.clean pcb board , change lcd and cheak lcd soket.

i have done 2pces like this sitution,,,,,
just rehot the flsh and cpu,,,,,
