maby the watch dog timer is active.
please take the log of phone and from simlock state.
if u have mx-key take the BUS CHECK log.
if f the superdongel key is valid maby can do thing

your phone's WD (watch dog) Timer enabled and phone restarting afther 3 minutes.... UB can solve your problem by using UB credits
