hi
i have one 5310 xm when i power on with sim card it goes off, without sim card not problem.
i have flashed the phone and still the same problem.
can anybody helps me.

Hello!this is hardware problem.Not Software..
Try see in Hardware section solution for this.
Is Problem in Phone Sim Reader.

not at all, if i make a sos call without sim, it make call, don't turn off, then the problem is not the pa.

bro before that u tried to unlock it??? because its seems as watchdog problem,comes due to bad unlocking process
if u have backup of before unlocking then restore it
post simlock status(sp data status) and selftest log here
if not unlocked ithen u have retu/avlma ic then try to change

just flash with update firmwere 10.10 then post result.
