5530xm shortcuts button not work(telephone) & (contacts)
but when open menu from middle button all keys work fine

any solution for this
is this hardware or software

I was having same problem IN 2 cells after unlockin this phone
i sent bacK to company and got new
but i could not find any solution

I have problem with an 5530.

ONLY END key don´t work, I reflashed and changed Touch Screen, and nothing.

Some idea ?

I chaged it, and the problem still, isn´t touch pad problem, only END key don´t work.

I do reflash / full reset and still the problem.

Is a very strange problem, when I press END key, hold and press another key, the other key don't respond, but if I drop END key, the another key respond.

Some idea ?
