***5610-charger not supported*** - GSM-Forum

5610-charger not supported
my new 5610 is having critical problem. while charging (when the phone is in off-mode) charging indication showing but charging is not done. when the phone is powered on at time off charging phone disply shows" charger not supported. i tried with many new working chargers & batterys and betty. any one help me matter most urgent..

doesnt work to me
still same, but if i used 3110 old type charger it can charger but
batteries still empty
