HELP NEEDED URGENTLY nokia 6111 restart

I need help to repair a nokia 6111 restart 4 times till shows time settings and after shut down.
I checked for any possible shorted, clean it deeply, change flex cable, flashing with n-box, but still the same thing. after I power on it restart 4times and than shutdown,
PLEASE HELP NEEDED anyone faced this problem before?

it could be hardware problem
chek the history of the mobile
may be water damage or some thing damage in hardware

ihave exactly the same proplem no water damage
but no lucke to riper it till now
