nokia 5610 centre roller not working it comes with broken roller so i replace with new one but not work

Then, if flex and all connectors are ok, for this navi slider functionality is responsible Z2405(Emif10-Lcd02F3) try changing that.

maybe ur new roller is not working good try to push the buttom with ur finger from inside
