5800 connector battery - GSM-Forum

Nokia 5800 positive and negative battery connector shorted, I can't locate where is the problem, please how to solve this problem.

u mean ur handset is dead? there is shorting in ur board rite? is it watter damage,short during charging,falled by hand?ask ur customer that how does prob came.answer my all question 1st than might be i can help u bro

i have a 5800 handset with the same problem..... nothing wrong with the board.. i looks like 100% ok........ but battery connector shows shot between both........ pls sssssssss help me for this problem,,,

yes i also facing this problem remove betty, avilma. pfo coil but not remove shorting anyone know this solution help me please

Try to check Bluetooth Module, keypad IC`s, Display ic`s, and charging parts....
