hello,i have nokia 6020 with keypad problum,4-5-6 and call receive button and up joy stick not working,i change 4 ic but problum was same,anyone have solution. thanks

just one way of change keypad ic

first check the circuit under keypad ic, if its fine change cpu.. your problem will solve

i cheque the supply under keypad ic its ok,

Then it's processor UPP faulty, just give it a good reflow hit & it will works fine, otherwise to replace it >>>

reball cup and check it , if it is not solved replace cup.

if after changing the keypad ics problem still the same is then the problem should be in the cpu reball the cpu your problem will be solved
