6020 water damage flashing error (urgent)

DeAR MASTERS I HAVE 6020 WATER DAMAGE SET I FLAS WITH UFS FAST SPEED ERROR SHOWS Write Error: hDat 14, at: 0x01000000:08
WHEN I flash with slow speed flashing ok but content package extrating failed error shows jaf is erasing but not flashing mcu i reboll the flash ic. Pls help me masters
but same problem the ufs log is below
