imake jumpers like that as shown in attached pic,but still blue screen,i already change 3....4 lcd?

still blue display i need the print of second pin which goes to upp?

is there any sign of keypad tone ,,,,,while blue screen ...if there is key pad tones try to change upp ,,,but if there is no keypad tone dont change that is contact service or test mode off
