every time must follow the right way.
1) check for broken parts
2) check if the phone its put on <water>
3)check battery + battery pins connector
4)if the above its ok try to check communication with pc
5)if exists maybe the problem is not software
6)recheck all above
7)at the fine try to flash it...

and have good luck..................
