Angry 6070 Strange Problem


I got 6070 from customer..Its white display only.I done these thing but problem is still same

1.Changed Lcd
2.Flashed with new version according product code number
3.Its showing local mode after flashed when selct factory default its showing even test mode and its dispear.it wont do factory default
4.wrote PM

Any other solution for this?
