1) Check with change Flex Cable if still
2) check with change other Lcd if still
3) you have to change Led ic.

sir check the flex cable...if still problem persist change display ic...hope it can help i tried this already with my cp.

would you tell me its keypad leds will glow or not.
if yes.then Resolder display connector.

yes leds will glow , change complete upper with flex, check other handset upper ok, faulted pcb soulation, not be water in pcb
