6100 dark lcd - GSM-Forum

nokia 6100 the lcd is very dark,I replaced the lcd but still same.
that mean it not a lcd problom,would you please send me the solution

try to change the condenser's o the display contrast (check your display voltage first)

the lcd is black, see no tekst but when i flash the phone i see test mode thats the reason that i think thats a hardware problem at the pcb

Hi contrast, shure, try to change contrast(can done with prodigy i think) and if this not help(full flash should set the contrast OK) then some use microscope to find bad solderings at all condensator's that are commited LCD. Use service manual to find them.

try a lcd of a new 7210, now it,s good, the other lcd's looks as a new one, is it possible to repair it?
