I have a 6100 flashing the phone is ok but cant power on !

it board have RAM İC? some 6100s have RAM ICs this phones addition phones...

hi guys,
i also faced this kind of problem in many 3100 phones.poblem is flash ok but can't power on phone.(with griffin can't auto power up),so i
replased flash chip,uem,but same flash with 6100 firmware but same,?
so i think those kind of problems have similer answer but still answer is missing!!!.
may be line damage like 6610/7210 or ?????????
any professional who know the answer?,please help us to solve these problem.

freind it has no Ram ic ! only flash ic under cpu (upp)

it is nearer to power ic (RIGHT CORNER DOWN)(B200)

is it above upp (cpu) idont have diagram of 6100 and can the same ic of 3100 or some other nokia model?

3100 and 6100 combo Flash/RAM are same and you can exchange it

i have solved a few by flashing with latest flash files! also try the old ones! sometimes is simple...
