6120c no network operator found,under rf ic theseptints are missing which is in blue dots,can these prints cause network failure and these are not neccessary prints

These print are neccessary for network. it's sufficiant for no network one voltage print missing.

So, missing prints are:
A1, B1, M1
B2, C2
E1
A12, M12

Only B1 and E1 are conected to Z7580 and because are on an edge can be easily wired to Z7580.
Without this->no 2140MHz->no network

Mistake again, I'm too tired...

It's E11, not E1.

So only left is B1 to connect to Z7580, you will figure out where exactly by exclusion(B1, C1, D1, E1 are connected to Z7580).
