6170 7, 8, 9 and the red button doesn't work - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,
On a 6170 the keys 7 8 9 and hang up (red button) doe'sn't work,
I opened it and as it is a new phone and I dont'know much about it, I don't know.

Any suggestions?

6170 key filter z2400 and z2401----------------

Should I change the key filter Z2400 and z2401? or can I do anything else too?

well, the phone was given back, so I couldn't try to see if it was working or not

thanks man a had a 6170 with water damage and some keys didn't worked. All i had to do was give some hot air on those 2 pieces and keys are like new.
