6170 keypad error


anybody can help me? i hav 6170 the probz is cant press 147* ...

any body have idea to solve my probz?! thanx advance

probably you have a small shiny bga in the right bottom of your board damaged. It has to be replaced.

As NPL2 mensioned it is the ESD filter try to reflow or replace , this is the picture of it ( blue colored ) , becuse it is hard to immagine from a discribtion .

just apply some hot air on the key ic (ie z2400 and z2401) and ur keys will be like new
