6210--6250 charging+ soft problem?

I have 6210 when talking "low bat" and shut down.Try change batery,new PA,new CCONT,new COBBA.Problem still remains.
Then:
I flash 6210 5.36v to 6250 phone version ,got problem "NOT CHARGING" when try to charge. Flash back to 6210 version: charging is OK.(But low bat problem remains too)maybe there is any way out of the problem ? Or faulty CPU ?

What is the problem ? Any solutions please ?

let we do some test,,
0: replace hager .
1:connect 10K ohm from BSI to GND
2:use power to give 4V at V+
3:connect to pc
4: RUN wintesla, go to turn menu, to tx power
5: set at eeprom value, then go to level 5 (GSM)

then this time, you check at electric current , it must less then 400mA !

then you can try to test TXC from COBBA control !
