Use eeprom tools 3.1, TEST item. If there are some problems with COBBA, It will tell You. Sometimes there are problems with COBBA IMEI REGISTER. Better way to replace COBBA, but may be some problems with eeprom too. I mean eeprom content, ofcourse.
Before making whatever repairings, just use test program.

Thank, I forgot about test option in EEprom Tools 3.1.

I receive following responce -

Bad DSP response!!
Possible reason -
1.Bad IMEI data
2.Faulty RF part
3.Missing Ariel

Imei OK (virgin eeprom was uploaded, then I correct IMEI )
what must I do now?

If you have triedall the software possibilities than it must be a hardware problem.I had similar problems on 3310 and 3330 and it was always some voltage from CCONT to COBBA missing!!!Use the schematics and check all the lines VCOBBA,VBB and VREF!!!
I`m sure that this is the solution!!!
Good luck!!!
