In the first place, you should not have put any
power supply unless you are sure that the unit is free
from any moisture.

Cobba IC and other BGA type and some other parts
may still have some moisture inside. In manufacturing
plant, some parts are even baked to make it moisture free.

For now, just try using hot-air and flux to revive ur phone.
But be very careful, Dont attempt to heat parts that are
sealed. Otherwise, it will be short-circuited and good bye cellphone.

Be carefull, 10 seconds of hot air is enough

my suggestion is just open the phone and clean it first, be sure all the moistures are gone and flow the hot air. i hope it will work, if it is not working remove cobba clean it fix it again. We repaired some phone like this.

good luck

First Try to clean the phone to be free of any wine residues. Use anything that vaporates after Cleaning and not alcohol. If it is available use ultrasonic and then maybe you can reflow some parts if neccesary.
I have found that PVC Glue remover some times can do a very good job and evaporates fast whithout damaging the parts.
Then you can check for damaged parts
