Take them off, make new balls ( or get new one with factory made balls - best ) and solder it back. Regarding what u done with 8210: U can try to chage cobba but first use microscope and check all components u reheated..It might happened that u ****n away some components or made some short circuits on board... If all ok then it is probably CPU or COMBO memory BR Vule |
