Hiya

In future, DO NOT reheat any of BGA components. Take them off, make new balls ( or get new one with factory made balls - best ) and solder it back.

Regarding what u done with 8210: U can try to chage cobba but first use microscope and check all components u reheated..It might happened that u ****n away some components or made some short circuits on board...

If all ok then it is probably CPU or COMBO memory

ARC
when you said: "I ****ed COBBA and arround it "
so it mean, you have hot air right ?

try to put flex, and used very low temp. to remove COBBA,
you can see, some tinballl join together, it might a reason why your ccont got hot !

thanks
