6210 write flash ok but piece not on i change crystal power ic flash ic

but still pcs not on switch voltage r 2.50 to 2.40

what's a problem?

change the cpu i tested it in some cases of 6210

no not any progress

another 6210 is totaly dead on/off switch voltage 3.15 to 3.25 every thing ics crystal ok & change power, cobba, hager ics & crystal but i try to write or read flash but phone not detectd rollis or knok whats a problem?

already change CCONT IC but problem same on/off switch voltage 3.15v but flash not taking
